  • Managing Stress to Optimize Energy:  Stress seems to permeate all aspects of modern day life. Numerous articles describe how stress increases medical costs, reduces employee productivity and impacts morale and turnover. Claire shares techniques and exercises to help participants better manage stress. She provides examples of how stress can be used to positively achieve optimum performance and shares practical ways to incorporate stress management techniques in every day settings such as the office, commuting, air travel and the home.

  • Exercise “To Go”: We all know we should exercise more, but finding time to exercise is not always easy. Claire broadens our perspective on exercise alternatives and how to incorporate more healthful exercise in our lives. She introduces some ancient forms of exercise including Yoga, tai chi and Qi Gong and offers fitness routines that can be done from an office chair or while traveling. Especially useful for those with sedentary occupations. Claire demonstrates exercises that strengthen key muscles to prevent lower back pain.

  • How to Use Yoga to Improve Your life: Yoga is a Sanskrit word that means union. Yoga is not headstands, backbends or other poses but philosophy. The physical components represent only one aspect of a multi-faceted approach to life. This overview of Yoga provides insights regarding how yoga can be applied to modern day life to balance oneself mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Students practice the physical aspects of yoga while seated in chairs. There is no need for special room, clothing or equipment.

  • Leveraging the Mind/Body Connection: What is the relationship between our bodies and mind. How does stress impact our creativity, performance at work and ability to fall asleep or digest our food? Grounded in basic human anatomy, Claire Diab offers wisdom and practical tips to “manage” and “leverage” the intrinsic connection of mind and body, so that we can control and channel our energies rather than have events and other external; forces control our destiny.

  • “Real Energy” with Healthy Eating: Our society offers multiple opportunities to grab quick snacks throughout the day. Yet how often do we actually sit down and eat a healthy meal in a relaxed state? How does what we eat and when we eat it, impact our energy, attitude and ability to learn and concentrate? What is our relationship to food? Is it a reward or a way to satisfy other unmet needs? Claire increases our awareness of our relationship to food and eating. Participants can use these insights to dramatically improve their energy, attitude and ability to learn and grow.

  • Energy with the Power of Breath: Who wouldn’t like to have more energy? Claire will teach powerful, simple, effective breathing techniques that enliven and rejuvenate our bodies. She shares how each of us has the ability to tap into vast energy resources when you need extra boost to finish key tasks, make a critical presentation or overcome an obstacle. Claire provides clear examples that illustrate the relationship between the breath and spirit and demonstrates her techniques using the power of breath to reach new heights.

  • Miracle of Feng Shui: Feng Shui, the ancient art of placement is over 6,000 years old. It addresses the relationship between human beings and their environments and offers keen insights and practical methods that sustain harmonious balance in places where we live and work. Making adjustments to our home or business environments supports our ability to flow with the currents inherent in our lives. Claire explains how application of Feng Shui in our environments will work with us to support our hopes and dreams.

  • Mastering the Power of Meditation: The benefits of meditation are now widely recognized by corporate America, athletes, coaches and world leaders as a proven method to gain clarity of mind, increase awareness, efficiency and resolve difficult problems. Learn how to meditate to release stress, fatigue and gain personal insights. The value of this program is enhanced by audience participation and discussion regarding how to incorporate regularly scheduled meditation sessions in the busiest of lifestyles.

  • Primordial Sound Meditation: Claire teaches Primordial Sound Meditation as revived by Deepak Chopra from ancient India and made available in a format that can be easily learned and practiced by everyone. During Primordial Sound Meditation our minds become quiet, allowing our bodies to gain deep rest necessary to release stress and fatigue. In meditation we reconnect with our essence. This connection extends into our daily lives and can result in improved health, more fulfilling relationships, and enthusiasm for life, careers and increased creativity.

  • Seven Laws for Engaging Spirit in the Workplace: During this session you will learn the Seven Laws of Success as outlined in Deepak’s New York Times Best Selling book of the same name. Learn how to adapt the Seven Laws to the workplace by aligning spiritual principles found in the laws with competencies identified as foundational to leadership and management success on the job. You will learn corporate success practices, which are spiritually based, highly pragmatic and immediately available for use on the job.

  • Soothing Corporate Stress: This program includes three on-site seminars such as Managing Stress to optimize energy, mastering the power of meditation and understanding and leveraging the mind/body connection. Lectures are offered at your facility during the workday, luncheon or evening hours. In addition Claire and her staff provide introductory yoga classes, one evening a week for 4 weeks. Yoga classes are limited to 18 participants for each instructor and are also taught on site or at a suitable facility.

  • Rejuvenation Rollout: Small group workshops (limited to 15 participants) on health and wellness topics that combine discussion group participation in stress management techniques, meditation and exercise. This is ideal for corporate and board retreats.
