Claire’s charisma, vast experience in yoga, and entertaining qualities, enable her to reach hundreds of thousands of people all over the world. Claire’s special ability to teach the many techniques of Yoga, Mind/Body Medicine and Ayuveda, help assist people towards living healthier and more peaceful lives.

Claire lectures nationwide on "Zen & Yoga: The Art of Living." She is also a Professor of Asian Studies at Seton Hall University in South Orange, New Jersey. Claire is also a business consultant and expert in the practical application of Mind/Body Integration for 21st Century life. Her teaching continue to provide real-world solutions for corporations such as Dunn & Bradstreet, Honeywell, AT&T, MSNBC, CNBC and Exxon.

Claire has developed a unique style of yoga incorporating movement, breathing, relaxation, meditation and the essence of yoga philosophy as taught in the Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga Teacher Training Program. She is also the founder of the American Yoga Academy, where she has trained hundreds of yoga instructors. Her most influential teachers, with whom she works closely with to this day, are Dr. Deepak Chopra and Dr. David Simon. Claire is the Director of Yoga at the Chopra Center of Wellbeing. She has taught and designed yoga programs for Dr. Chopra for over 20 years including those at Oxford University, England, Geneva, Switzerland and Goa, India.

Claire holds a Masters Degree of Asian Study, and Bachelors Degree in Health Education. Claire has obtained Mind/Body Medicine and Ayuveda Training, Prenatal Postpartum Training and Certification, Sports Medicine Certification, American Council on Exercise Certification, Certification in reflexology, Longevity and Lifestyle and a member of the Yoga Alliance.

Most importantly, Claire is sincere, charismatic and entertaining. She has warmth and authenticity that reflects her core philosophy and dedication in helping people find a better way to live and achieve personal fulfillment by applying principles of Ayurveda. She's been embraced by the medical community through her in-depth health and wellness seminars geared toward physicians, nurses, medical students and hospital personnel at New Jersey-based Overlook Hospital, Saint Barnabas Health Care System and Fairleigh Dickinson University.
